For the most accurate and appropriate medical assessment, you will have a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Piasecki. At this time, you and Dr. Piasecki can discuss your expectations and he can identify exactly what can be done for you. A medical assessment is always done prior to cosmetic surgery.
To schedule a consultation, call (253) 858-5040.
During the consultation, Dr. Piasecki will discuss your desired changes and expectations, review your medical history and current health, and determine whether the procedure(s) in question are right for you.
If you decide to have a procedure done, you will be asked to make a second consultation appointment for a pre-op exam, photos, surgery scheduling and payment arrangements.
The surgical fee is made up of the surgeon’s fee, the anesthesiologist’s fee and a facility fee.
Each patient has unique needs. Factors that must be taken into consideration are medical history, type and combination of procedures desired, anesthesia preferences and facility options. Many patients come in for an initial consultation and, as they discuss their desired look, find that a different or additional procedure(s) would better meet their needs. All of this needs to be factored into a cost estimate. Because of the variations, cost can only be quoted after making a visit to our office and meeting with Dr. Piasecki.
Procedures will be performed at Harbor Plastic Surgery Center or at St. Anthony Hospital which adjoins our facility, depending on the level of anesthesia required. Our outpatient operating room is Medicare certified and AAAHC accredited for anything but general anesthesia. If your case requires general anesthesia, it will be performed at St. Anthony Hospital, adjacent to our facility.
